CHOILABO ("we", "us") sets out below the privacy policy (the "Policy") governing how we handle user information in the application "Lapsera" (the "App") that we provide.
By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
The App collects the following information.
- Content you create or save within the App, and your settings
- Device model, operating system type and version, and App version
- Records of how the App is used and of your operations within it
- Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
- Records relating to the operation of the App, including errors and abnormal terminations
- Account information, where you have registered an account
- The content of your enquiries
3. Purposes of use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- To provide, maintain and improve the App
- To identify and address defects
- To analyse usage
- To deliver advertising and measure its effectiveness

- To address conduct that breaches our terms of use
4. Third-party services
For the purposes set out above, we use third-party services that deliver advertising, analyse usage and identify defects. These services may collect and use information, including device identifiers, in accordance with the privacy policy of their respective providers.

The identifier used for advertising can be reset or disabled in your device settings.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose the information we collect to third parties, except where:
- You have given your consent
- We engage a contractor to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use
- Disclosure is required by law
- Disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain your consent
- Information is transferred in connection with a merger or other succession of business
6. Management of information
We take the measures necessary and appropriate to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of the information we collect. Please understand, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.
7. Deletion of information and requests for disclosure
You may delete information saved by the App through operations within the App. Uninstalling the App deletes the information stored on your device.
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of information we hold, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We will respond within a reasonable period after confirming that the request comes from you.
8. Use of device features
The App uses features of your device to the extent necessary to provide its functions. For features that require your permission, your device will ask for it the first time the feature is used. If you decline, the corresponding function may be unavailable.
9. Information you publish or share
Information you publish or share using the App becomes visible to third parties according to the scope you select. Whether to publish or share is a decision you make at your own responsibility.
Where you provide information to a third-party service using the features of the App, we are not responsible for how that service handles it.
10. Use by minors
The App is not directed at persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Governing law
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on this page. We will give notice of significant changes within the App or on this page.
